Return Policy
We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or what you expected it to be. All goods return application should under these following terms: All goods returns apply should be within 7 days of delivery. All goods returns should be clean, undamaged. The refund will not include the freight charge. The invoice of good should be returned with goods as proof of purchase. The refund will be processed since we received the return goods. All refund processing will be completed within 1-3 business days. In any warranty or return situation we comply with all relevant New Zealand Consumer laws.
